Win Your Dream Party — Official Rules

The Win Your Dream Party giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], carrying on business as My Easy Party, with an address at [FULL MAILING ADDRESS] (the "Sponsor"). Participating founding vendors contribute eligible services toward the prize. Unless expressly identified as a co-sponsor in these Rules, participating vendors are prize suppliers and are not sponsors or administrators of the Contest.

Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, participating founding vendors, prize suppliers, the Contest administrator, and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible, nor are immediate family members or household members of those individuals ("immediate family" = spouse/common-law partner, parent, child or sibling). Void where prohibited by law. The prize may only be redeemed for an eligible event taking place in [GREATER TORONTO AREA / DEFINED SERVICE AREA]. The winner is responsible for any travel, accommodation or other costs required to use the prize.

The Contest begins on [MONTH DAY, YEAR] at [TIME] Eastern Time and ends on [MONTH DAY, YEAR] at [TIME] Eastern Time (the 'Entry Period'). The Sponsor's computer system is the official timekeeping device. Entries received before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.

No purchase necessary. During the Entry Period, visit [CONTEST PAGE], complete all required fields and submit per on-screen instructions. Limit of one entry per person/email address during the Entry Period; additional entries via multiple identities or automated methods may be disqualified. Entries must be complete, accurate, submitted by the entrant; script/macro/bot-generated entries not permitted. Marketing-email consent is optional and declining/withdrawing it will not affect eligibility or odds.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

One prize available: the Dream Party Package. Approximate retail value CAD $[APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE], consisting of CAD $[CREDIT VALUE] in My Easy Party platform credit, applicable toward eligible party-vendor services booked through My Easy Party with participating founding vendors. Eligible vendors/services/category limits listed at [PRIZE DETAILS PAGE OR SCHEDULE]. Credit usable only for bookings that: are made through My Easy Party; involve a participating founding vendor and eligible service; are for an event in [ELIGIBLE SERVICE AREA]; are confirmed by [BOOKING DEADLINE]; and take place by [EVENT COMPLETION DATE]. All bookings subject to vendor availability, service areas, capacity, minimum booking requirements and written booking terms — no particular vendor/date/service guaranteed unless expressly included. Winner responsible for costs above available credit and any expenses not expressly included (e.g., [TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION, VENUE COSTS, PERMITS, GRATUITIES, DELIVERY OUTSIDE INCLUDED AREA, TAXES OR OTHER EXCLUSIONS]). Credit not redeemable for cash, not resellable, not transferable without Sponsor's written approval; unused portion [FORFEITED / HANDLED AS DESCRIBED]. Sponsor may substitute a component of equal or greater approximate retail value if an advertised component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

On or about [DRAW DATE] at [DRAW TIME], the Sponsor or [INDEPENDENT CONTEST ADMINISTRATOR] will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries. Before being declared winner, the selected entrant must: meet all eligibility requirements; correctly answer, unassisted and within [TWO] minutes, a multi-step mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone or another controlled method; provide reasonably requested proof of identity/age/residency; and complete and return the Sponsor's declaration and release documents within the required claim period. Incorrect answer, ineligibility, or missed claim steps will result in disqualification and the Sponsor may redraw from remaining eligible entries.

Potential winner contacted via the email/phone provided within [NUMBER] business days after the draw; must respond within [NUMBER] business days of first attempt; must then complete the skill-testing question and return required documents within [NUMBER] business days unless Sponsor sets a different written deadline. Disqualification triggers: uncontactable; notification returned undeliverable; no response/documents by deadline; incorrect skill-testing answer; cannot accept/use prize under stated terms; other non-compliance. If disqualified, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate; same verification/claim requirements apply. Entrant is not the winner until Sponsor completes verification and provides written confirmation; verified winner receives redemption instructions within [NUMBER] business days after confirmation.

Sponsor collects entry information to: administer/operate the Contest; verify eligibility/compliance; detect duplicate/automated/fraudulent entries; contact/verify the potential winner; award/fulfil the prize; meet legal/regulatory/recordkeeping obligations. May disclose to Contest administrator, technology/professional service providers, and participating founding vendors where reasonably necessary — those parties limited to the purposes provided, subject to their contractual/legal obligations. Entry information will not be used for marketing emails absent separate express marketing consent (optional, withdrawable, does not affect eligibility/odds). Handled per Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Privacy contact: Privacy Officer, [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [MAILING ADDRESS], [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Records retained for [RETENTION PERIOD] then securely deleted/anonymized unless a longer period is reasonably required for legal/fraud-prevention/dispute-resolution purposes. Sponsor may announce the confirmed winner's [FIRST NAME, LAST INITIAL, CITY AND PROVINCE] where permitted by law and per the Privacy Policy.

Agreement to the Rules: entering binds the entrant to these Rules and the Sponsor's reasonable administrative decisions, subject to applicable law. Entry Integrity: the Sponsor may disqualify entrants who interfere with the Contest, submit false information, use automated entry methods, circumvent entry limits, or otherwise act unfairly. Technical Problems: the Sponsor is not responsible for lost/late/incomplete/misdirected entries due to technical failures beyond its reasonable control; submission proof is not proof of eligible receipt. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation: the Sponsor may suspend/modify/cancel the Contest if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another event beyond its reasonable control materially affects security/fairness/administration, subject to applicable law; where reasonably possible, the Sponsor will award the prize via random draw from eligible entries received before the affected event. Vendor Bookings: the winner's bookings may be subject to separate written service agreements, cancellation policies, venue requirements and safety/operational terms; the Sponsor will not materially reduce the advertised prize value through those terms. Release and Liability: the confirmed winner may be required to sign a declaration/release covering eligibility, prize acceptance, permitted publicity, vendor-service risks, and claims arising from prize use; nothing in these Rules limits rights/remedies/liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived. Governing Law: governed by the laws of [PROVINCE] and applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory entrant rights under their province/territory of residence. Conflict With Promotional Materials: these Rules govern over other advertising/promotional materials in case of discrepancy, subject to applicable law. Severability: invalid/unenforceable provisions do not affect the remainder.
