How do I book a vendor?
Browse listings, pick a date and quantity, then check out. We hold your card and the vendor must accept within 24 hours — otherwise you're refunded automatically.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All card data is processed by Stripe with 256-bit SSL and PCI compliance. We never store your full card number on our servers.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel from your booking detail page while it's still pending or accepted. Refundable deposits are returned within 3 business days when you cancel before the vendor's cutoff window.
Can I message vendors before booking?
After booking. Messaging opens once the vendor accepts your booking, so vendors can focus on confirmed customers and you have full booking context.
How does the review system work?
After your event, you can leave a 1–5 star review with a title and body. Reviews appear on the vendor's storefront and contribute to their average rating.
